Hello!
I started on the path of yoga and ayurveda about 20 years ago after experiencing several health challenges that were not resolved through traditional therapies. My new lifestyle has brought me relief from chronic pain, digestive issues, and mental agitation.
On my journey as a student under various teachers, I started sharing my practices with friends and family in the last 18 years. Additionally, I formalized my training through a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from the prestigious Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA, (Himalayan Institute - Wellness Retreats, Meditation, Yoga Teacher Training), a course designed in the Himalayan tradition to achieve Fulfillment and Freedom through Practice, Non-attachment, and the 8 Limbs of Yoga.
Aside from my passion for yoga, I have had a fulfilling 25+ year career in the U.S. pharmaceutical industry after receiving my Ph.D. degree in Chemistry.
Now I focus on sharing my own yoga and healthy lifestyle practices gained experientially, including a healthy diet that have helped me achieve physical, mental, and emotional stability.
Over the years, I have developed a range of yoga asana routines and breathing, meditation, and relaxation practices through which I have helped beginners, intermediate, and older yoga practitioners achieve physical and mental stability and overall well-being.
My goal is to help you integrate these benefits into your daily life bringing balance, inner strength, and peace.

Intermediate Hatha Yoga - Focus on functional strength, stability, and alignment, breath guidance, and accessible poses.
